Speed And Dominion

God is the lifter of men. He is the one that enable a Christian to grow into heights that cannot be explained thoroughly by earthly parameters. Speed and dominion are two things that God grants a Christian when He wants to lift someone into greater heights. 

Basically, speed is the ability to move faster. To move faster in any sphere of life, that is speed. Dominion, on the other hand, is the ability to be in charge. These are two things you will notice in a person who God has lifted. You cannot explain the swiftness that suddenly happens in his life. When God grants him speed, he is able to suppress thirty years of productivity into six months of work. When God grants a believer speed, it is almost unbelievable. One of the main reasons why God gives a man speed is because of time; some Christians have wasted most of their time in life, thus God gives them speed in order to catch up with where God would currently have them. This is what speed does to a Christian. As God grants him speed, God will also give him dominion. To have speed is one thing, but to have dominion is different. You can have speed and not dominion. Dominion is to have control over the things that God entrusts you with, to have control over what you have obtained through speed. In dominion we do not dominate people, no. We dominate systems, ideas, territories, spheres. But we do not dominate people. It is because of this dominion that God now extends his influence through us.

God will at times hold back these two realities because we are still alive in ourselves. Everything we do is for ourselves. Our flesh and self is alive in us. Thus God cannot extend these two things in us. God will only lift a man, that is grant him speed and dominion when he is totally submitted to Him. This is because anyone that becomes great among men because of the deposit of God will fall because of one thing; they are still alive in themselves. 

One of the greatest secrets to rise in God is to totally die to yourself and be alive to God. To become so empty of yourself, to come to the point where you only rely on him, this is the way that we can then be helped of God. These are the kind of people that God will help.
